Muni buses and emergency vehicles blocked Residents of the Clocktower and 355 Bryant denied safe access and egress from their established parking structures
2nd Street improvements worsened existing safety problems and created new ones
“The traffic situation around 2nd Street in SOMA is currently not safe for pedestrians, cyclists, residents and businesses. We need to change the situation before there are more deaths and injuries in the neighborhood.”

Blocking the street grids and pedestrian crossings
